Shipment/provision of SwissSkills mission future Family (box) by UBS

SwissSkills main sponsor UBS provides UBS customers with the SwissSkills mission future Family box directly. To process orders, UBS uses customer data. UBS (Switzerland AG) is responsible for processing personal data related to such orders.

Processing data in connection with the Visual Implicit Profiler via SwissSkills mission future School

The Visual Implicit Profiler generates strength, professional role model, and personality profiles for all participants of SwissSkills mission future School. These profiles represent the foundation for documents, materials, and tasks included in SwissSkills mission future School services. Participants («participants», «users») establish their strength, professional role model, and personality profile by completing a visual questionnaire in the VIP application.

Users access the VIP application by logging on with the help of a code they receive. When completing the questionnaire, participants are asked to provide their first and last names. Instead of giving their correct names, they can use pseudonyms. The strength profile will show either the name or the pseudonym of a participants. In addition, the year of birth and the gender of participants will be gathered.

Strength, professional role model, and personality profiles of participants will be sent to the email address that has been provided by the corresponding client (usually a teacher). It is the responsibility of such clients to inform their participants (i.e. their students) accordingly and to obtain their approval to the profiles being sent to these clients. Clients determine together with their participants whether at all and to whom they forward profiles to.

Our partner PSYfiers AG («PSYfiers») developed the VIP and provides the questionnaire for use on our behalf. First and last names or pseudonyms of VIP application users will be deleted within 90 days of their completing the VIP questionnaire. Any data generated via the VIP application will then be further anonymised so that neither PSYfiers, nor SwissSkills, nor the clients and their participants themselves will be able to link such data to specific participants. PSYfiers store the anonymised data record separately and use them to establish statistical analyses for SwissSkills and PSYfiers. This procedure provides SwissSkills and PSYfiers with references that help improve and further develop the VIP application and related services.

As any web server, the server we use to provide the VIP will log some technical data automatically and store them for a short period of time. These data include the IP address and the operating system of your device, the date and time of your accessing the VIP, and the kind of browser you are using to access the VIP. This procedure is necessary to ensure a flawless and secure provision of the VIP.

Using the VIP is optional. Participants of SwissSkills mission future School do not have to complete the questionnaire in the application. However, if they choose not to, they will not receive an individual strength profile.

Processing of data for the Visual Implicit Profiler via SwissSkills mission future Family

During Mission Me (an element of SwissSkills mission future Family), students and their parents («participants», «users») explore their strengths on the basis of a strength profile they establish by completing a visual questionnaire, the VIP. Users access the VIP by opening the web browser on a tablet or computer, going to «https://missionfuture.swiss-skills.ch», and logging on with the help of a TAN code they find in their Swiss Skills mission future Family box. Please note: A TAN (transaction authentication number) is always allocated to one person only.

To start with, users will be asked to give their first name, last name, date of birth, gender, an e-mail address (the same address may apply for all members of a family), as well as the postcode of their city. Postcode and gender are collected for statistical purposes and to help improve SwissSkills mission future service only. Instead of using their real names, users can provide a pseudonym. On individual strength profiles, only the names or pseudonyms will appear.

As any web server, the server we use to provide the VIP will log some technical data automatically and store them for a short period of time. These data include the IP address and the operating system of your device, the date and time of your accessing the VIP, as well as the kind of browser you are using to access the VIP. This procedure is essential to ensure a flawless and secure provision of the VIP.

PSYfiers AG («PSYfiers»), a SwissSkills partner company and the creators of the VIP, make the tool available on our behalf. PSYfiers establish the VIP results and, in a first step, provide them via HTML application on the SwissSkills mission future website. This allows users to print and/or download a word cloud on their strengths. These data will not be stored. There will be no opportunity to save the word cloud at a later stage.

Data established by PSYfiers for the VIP, as well as users’ personal data will be forwarded instride AG («instride»), a SwissSkills partner company. w-Vison stores the complete data records for approximately ten days and then sends the full VIP results, the strength profiles, to the respective e-mail addresses. Four additional elements of Mission Career, the third mission of SwissSkills mission future, will be sent to the e-mail address of the adult person in a group of participants (this is the reason we are asking for your date of birth).

instride anonymises data generated via the VIP within approximately ten days, so that neither instride, nor SwissSkills, nor users of the VIP can link any data to defined or definable persons any longer. Anonymised data records are stored separately and used for statistical analyses on behalf of SwissSkills. These analyses help SwissSkills improve and further develop SwissSkills mission future Family. instride deletes VIP-related personal data within ten days, with the exception of the e-mail address of recipients (adult persons) of digital Mission Career elements.

Using the VIP is optional. Students and their parents do not have to complete the VIP questionnaire. However, if they choose not to use the tool, they will not receive an individual strength profile and thus will be able to use Mission Me, an element of SwissSkills mission future, to a limited extent only.

SwissSkills mission future game application «mission future App»

You can download the mission future App from Google Playstore and App Store free of charge. PSYfiers do not collect any personal data on the mission future app.
